Parties & Subject
This Agreement is entered into between VIONTA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING FZCO ("Company"), operating the Photomea platform, located at FZA Business Park Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE, and the individual or entity ("User" or "Member") accessing or using the Photomea platform. The Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the User may access and use the services provided by Photomea.
Acceptance of Agreement
By creating an account on PhotoMea, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Definitions
Service Terms
Services
All features, tools, and functionalities provided by PhotoMea, including but not limited to photo uploading, facial recognition matching, event management, and photo sharing capabilities.
Platform
The PhotoMea web application accessible at app.photomea.com, including all associated mobile applications, APIs, and related services.
User / Member
Any individual or entity that creates an account on and uses the PhotoMea platform, whether as an event organizer, photographer, or event participant.
Photo & Event Terms
Event
A gathering, occasion, or activity created on PhotoMea for which photos are uploaded and shared among participants.
Photos
Digital images uploaded to the PhotoMea platform by users, including all associated metadata such as timestamps, location data, and facial recognition data.
Face Data
Biometric facial recognition data generated by our AI system from uploaded photos, used to match individuals across photos within events.
Rights & Obligations
Account Registration
To use PhotoMea, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Upload a clear, recognizable profile photo for face matching
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
Automatic Photo Matching
By using PhotoMea, you consent to automated processing of your facial data for the purpose of matching you with photos from events you attend. Please be aware that:
- Your face may appear in photos taken by other users at events
- Our AI system will automatically process and match your facial features
- You may appear in photos with other users at events. If you find photos of yourself that you did not consent to, please contact us immediately for removal.
Content Rights & Responsibilities
When uploading or sharing content on PhotoMea, you agree to:
- Only upload content that is legal and that you have the right to share
- Not upload content that is harassing, abusive, or violates others' rights
- Retain ownership of all photos you upload to the platform
- Grant PhotoMea a limited license to process and display your content
Event Management
When participating in events on PhotoMea:
- Event organizers can view all photos uploaded to their events
- Event organizers may download photos from their events
- Your profile information may be visible to other event participants
- You can leave an event and remove your matched photos at any time
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PhotoMea:
- Uploading illegal, obscene, or harmful content
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Using automated tools or bots to access the platform
- Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Violating the intellectual property rights of others
Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to PhotoMea. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
Our Platform
PhotoMea and all associated intellectual property, including the platform design, AI algorithms, source code, trademarks, and branding, are owned exclusively by PhotoMea.
License to Process
By uploading content to PhotoMea, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you and other event participants.
Changes & Account Deletion
Changes to Terms
PhotoMea reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and facial recognition data will be permanently removed. Photos you uploaded to events may remain accessible to event organizers.
Account Suspension
PhotoMea may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
Service Availability
PhotoMea strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
