Scope and technologies
This policy is issued by VIONTA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING FZCO at FZA Business Park Building A1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. Cookies are small browser files sent with relevant requests. Local storage stays in your browser until removed and is not automatically sent like a cookie. The marketing website and app.photomea.com otherwise use different storage but share your privacy choice; mobile app permissions are managed separately.
Your choices
Analytics cookies and marketing remain off until you make a choice. The consent banner offers Accept all, which allows analytics and marketing, and Only necessary, which allows neither. Reopen Cookie settings here or in the footer to show the banner again and change or withdraw your choice. Saving a choice reloads the page so previously loaded tools stop running. Choices apply in this browser to both the website and app.photomea.com, which follows the same choice; they do not carry over to other devices. If you have not chosen yet, app.photomea.com shows the same banner, and its footer and account page offer Cookie settings.
Essential storage supports requested features and remembers privacy choices. You can remove it in browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or reset settings. Local-storage entries do not expire automatically unless the application removes them.
Analytics and advertising
With analytics permission, Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and interactions without analytics cookies; it uses request-derived information and a temporary visitor hash. Google Analytics 4, when configured, measures page views and interactions and can use _ga cookies. With the same permission, Google Analytics 4 also measures page views and account sign-ups on app.photomea.com, so a website visit and a later sign-up in the application can be linked. The application does not send URL parameters, invitation codes or account details to Google Analytics. Without analytics permission, Google Analytics 4 still runs on the website and application in Google’s consent mode: it sets and reads no cookies and sends Google only cookieless signals (the page, time, consent state, browser and device type, and an approved campaign identifier). Google uses the IP address for approximate location without storing it and uses these signals to produce modelled, aggregated statistics; they are not linked to a cookie or visitor ID. PhotoMea relies on its legitimate interest in understanding overall use of its services for these signals. You can object by emailing privacy@photomea.com or by blocking Google Analytics in your browser. Cookie-free analytics still involves processing information.
Partner QR links can include an opaque utm_id that PhotoMea associates with a photographer or other business partner. The URL does not include the partner’s name or the couple’s contact details. PhotoMea may record the code, time, destination page, and limited technical information in its first-party systems for aggregate attribution and abuse prevention. The approved campaign identifier is also sent to Google Analytics 4 with page-view and engagement data: with cookies if you allow analytics, otherwise as a cookieless signal. Other URL parameters are excluded from analytics.
With marketing permission, Google Ads, when configured, can measure advertising and support remarketing. Google may use advertising identifiers and cookies such as _gcl_au. The Google Ads tag loads only with marketing permission; without it, ad click identifiers are removed from Google Analytics signals. The reference below distinguishes website consent choices from application authentication and preferences. Provider cookie names and lifetimes can vary by configuration and browser restrictions. Google cookie lifetimes shown are typical maxima, not a guarantee that every cookie is present.

Managing storage and contacting us
Browser privacy settings let you inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking on this website; it does not undo past processing. Existing cookies may remain until expiry or browser deletion. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other requested functions.
